A singer-songwriter from Osaka, she performs regularly at live music venues and cafés, guided by her motto: “Let the words be heard.”

Known for her distinctive voice and powerful vocal presence, she also accompanies herself on guitar in expressive solo performances.

In November 2016, she held her first solo concert, which was met with great success.

Yuki Enomoto

My name is Yuki Enomoto, and I play the alto saxophone.
I do my best to make each and every performance a memorable and special moment for the audience.

Artist Biography

She began playing the Electone at the age of two, and during junior high school, was inspired by a theme park entertainer—leading her to take up the alto saxophone.

She later joined the renowned marching band at Kyoto Tachibana High School, where she learned the fundamentals of marching performance and discovered the power of musical entertainment.
Her performances included a parade at Disneyland in California and participation in the 2012 Rose Parade in the United States.

After graduating, she entered the Jazz Course (Saxophone Major) at the Osaka College of Music Junior College, where she studied under saxophonists Hideshi Toki and Mitsuhiro Furuya.

While still a student, she formed and performed in a saxophone-fronted band.
Currently, she works as a saxophone instructor and performs at live houses and events throughout the Kansai area.

Kenta Nakao

My name is Kenta Nakao, and I’m a saxophone player. It’s a pleasure to introduce myself.

I first discovered the saxophone during my university years, and I’ve been captivated by its charm ever since. While I currently focus primarily on jazz, I’ve also had the valuable opportunity to collaborate and perform with artists across a wide range of genres, including pop, rock, techno, blues, funk, Latin, bossa nova, hip-hop, and free improvisation.

These diverse experiences continue to shape and inspire my musical journey. I always approach my work with deep gratitude and a sincere joy for making music, and I am fully committed to giving my best in every performance and project.

Artist Biography

I am currently active mainly in cafés and bars around Kyoto.

I have performed at several major jazz festivals, including the Takatsuki Jazz Street, as well as festivals in Kōrien, Ōtsu, Kadoma, Fujinomori, and Hirakata.

In addition to festivals, I have also participated in events held at large shopping malls, Keibunsha bookstore, Kobe Coffee Headquarters, the Nagaokakyō Garasha Festival, the Toyonaka Festival, and the Suita City Children’s Center.
I was also a member of the Dandy Duke Orchestra, a big band based in Shiga Prefecture.

Since I first started playing the saxophone, I’ve been fortunate to perform with bands in a wide range of genres. In addition to jazz, I have experience in pop, rock, techno, blues, funk, Latin, bossa nova, hip-hop, and free improvisation.

These diverse musical experiences have allowed me to develop flexibility in my playing, and I consider them truly valuable to my growth as a musician.

I have also released my own independently produced album, currently available.

Artist Biography

She graduated with a degree in Vocal Performance from Doshisha Women’s College of Liberal Arts, and went on to complete the advanced special training program offered by the college’s Shokeikai.

She earned a diploma from the Corso Estivo (summer course) at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory in Venice, and further refined her skills at the Istituto Europeo in Florence.

Her accolades include a prize at the 16th Taiyō Canzone Concorso, the New Artist Award at the 8th DAEP Artist Selection New Year Concert, and 4th place at the 2nd Ikaruga Music Competition.

She is a member of the Nara Prefecture Music and Arts Association and is active not only as a performer, but also as a vocal coach.
In addition to her vocal work, she has continued playing the piano since the age of six.

Miki Masago

I carefully craft each program with heartfelt attention, hoping to create an enjoyable and memorable time for everyone sharing that moment and space.
In addition to regular performances, I also take part in school concerts and outreach performances at care facilities.
Performances are typically accompanied by karaoke tracks, though live collaborations with musicians are also available.

Artist Biography

She began studying piano at an early age and joined the NHK Nara Children’s Choir around the same time. As a member, she participated in three European concert tours as well as various domestic tours throughout Japan.
She graduated from the Vocal Music Department of Osaka College of Music and went on to study opera at the Kansai Nikikai Opera Studio.
She later joined the vocal group Satindoll, and while continuing her work as a jazz singer and studio recording artist, she also performed as a supporting vocalist in numerous major concerts and tours.

From 2000 to 2005, she took part in Mai Kuraki’s concerts and tours, and in 2004, she performed in ZARD’s national tour. In 2005, she appeared in concerts at Osaka’s Shin-Kabukiza Theater with artists Miyako Ōtsuki and Toshimi Tagawa.
Between 2014 and 2016, she performed in the NHK Kayō Concert (Osaka), and has supported many well-known artists in concert, including Emiko Uenuma, Rumiko Koyanagi, and Kiyoshi Nakajō at dinner shows and live events.

To this day, she remains active as both a singer and chorus vocalist in a wide variety of musical settings. Her versatile repertoire spans musical theatre, jazz, J-pop, kayōkyoku (Japanese popular songs), children’s songs, and traditional Japanese school songs.

Natsumi Hirase

I would be delighted to meet many people, share the unique sound of the flute, and discover its charm together.

Artist Biography

She graduated at the top of her class from the Department of Instrumental Music at Osaka College of Music Junior College, receiving the Award for Excellence. She then transferred to Osaka College of Music, where she completed her degree and was selected to perform in the graduation concert.

She was a finalist in the Osaka International Music Competition and performed as a soloist in the 29th Annual Flute Orchestra Concert. At the 40th Newcomer Flute Recital, she received the Excellence Award.

She was also involved in the music recording for the video game CODE NAME S.T.E.A.M.

Her flute studies include training under Shiho Katagiri, Hiroshi Oe, Keiko Nagayama, and Seiichiro Edo.

Currently, she is active as a flute instructor, soloist, and ensemble performer, while also providing guidance to junior high and high school students.

Born in Osaka, he began playing the guitar at the age of 15. A passionate lover of 1970s R&B and soul music, he brings a deep, groove-driven sound to his performances.
From 2008 to 2010, he hosted jam sessions at live music venues in Kyoto.
In 2011, he performed at the Fuji Rock Festival as a member of the swing jazz band King Columbia.
In 2012, he released a full-length CD album with Old Free Bird, and later released a 7-inch vinyl record with Royal Art Soul, which reached No. 5 on the Jet Set overall chart.

After pursuing separate musical paths in the Kansai area, the two members came together to form a duo, making their debut with a live performance in April 2015, which was met with great acclaim.
In an effort to make classical music more accessible and enjoyable, they perform not only in concert halls but also in cafés and live music venues.
Expanding their reach beyond classical repertoire, the duo also offers a wide range of music including pop and film scores, continuing to grow as a versatile and engaging unit.

Artist Biography

Originally from Ōtsu, Shiga Prefecture.
Graduated from the Music Course at Shiga Prefectural Ishiyama High School, then earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Kyoto City University of Arts, Faculty of Music.
Performed in the university’s graduation concert and was selected to perform in numerous debut concerts upon recommendation from the university.
After graduation, she obtained a Diplôme Supérieur from the École Normale de Musique de Paris in France.

She was a finalist in the high school division of the 67th All Japan Student Music Competition, Osaka Regional Round.
Recipient of the Encouragement Prize at the Shiga Prefectural Arts and Culture Festival, presented by the Biwako Cultural Foundation.
Appeared in “The First Recital 2018.”
At the 1st Tokyo International Flute Audition, she received both the Yamano Gakki Special Prize and the Ryo Sakagami Special Prize.

She has studied flute under Mai Morikawa, Hidenori Takebayashi, Haruhiko Fukuda, Yoshimi Ōshima, Thomas Prevost, and Claude Lefebvre; piccolo under Pierre Monty; and chamber music under Fumiko Ando and Nozomi Ueda.

Artist Biography

A natural singer-songwriter known for her heartfelt piano and vocal performances, Takarako has been immersed in music and piano since childhood. While studying vocal music at Wakayama University’s Faculty of Education, she discovered her passion for pop music. Inspired by her encounter with Carole King through band activities and original piano-vocal compositions, she decided to pursue a path as a singer-songwriter.

After graduating from university, she studied pop and jazz vocal techniques and began performing mainly in Wakayama and the Kansai region.
Her piano-accompanied performances evoke a gentle nostalgia, and her clear, soft voice touches the hearts of listeners. With her soothing vocals, she delivers not only original songs but also a wide range of repertoire including Western and Japanese pop, jazz, and children’s songs. She performs in concerts, live shows, and events throughout the region.

In her hometown of Wakayama, she is also dedicated to nurturing the next generation as a music instructor. In addition, she performs regularly every Friday and Saturday night as the resident vocalist and pianist at “Piano Bar Antique,” and hosts the radio program Takarako’s Music Life on FM Wakayama 87.7 MHz.
