Artist Biography
She began playing the Electone at the age of two, and during junior high school, was inspired by a theme park entertainer—leading her to take up the alto saxophone.
She later joined the renowned marching band at Kyoto Tachibana High School, where she learned the fundamentals of marching performance and discovered the power of musical entertainment.
Her performances included a parade at Disneyland in California and participation in the 2012 Rose Parade in the United States.
After graduating, she entered the Jazz Course (Saxophone Major) at the Osaka College of Music Junior College, where she studied under saxophonists Hideshi Toki and Mitsuhiro Furuya.
While still a student, she formed and performed in a saxophone-fronted band.
Currently, she works as a saxophone instructor and performs at live houses and events throughout the Kansai area.
