Kyoto is an internationally renowned destination, especially popular among overseas visitors. Located in the very heart of Kyoto’s sightseeing area, Park Hyatt Kyoto offers an exceptional setting.

For this international wedding, our team provided classical live music for the ceremony, a live band performance during the reception, and a DJ dance party for the after-party. It was an honor for us to support such a special celebration with a full range of live entertainment.

The stage was elaborately produced with truss structures, 3D projectors, backdrop panels, and dynamic lighting effects, transforming the ballroom into a highly impactful and visually striking event space.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple had been unable to hold their originally planned wedding. As the situation gradually stabilized, they were finally able to celebrate their long-awaited reception.
