Price List – Private Events
For personal occasions such as weddings, parties, and other private event bookings.

Performs using karaoke backing tracks or similar. Ideal for lead instruments such as vocals, piano, guitar, flute, or any other melodic instrument.

A lead instrument accompanied by a backing part. Ideal accompaniment includes harmonic instruments like piano or guitar.

Enhances the duo setup by adding a band-like sound. Ideal additions include bass, guitar, trumpet, etc.

Adding rhythm instruments creates a full band feel. Includes options such as drums, percussion, or backing vocals.

From your second booking onward, you’ll receive a 5% loyalty discount per artist fee.
The standard plan includes a total of 3 hours (up to 2 hours of performance time), assuming portable instruments only. For performances of 3 hours, please calculate one extra hour of booking time.
For large instruments such as drum kits, amps, or digital keyboards, additional charges may apply.
For extended time, an extra fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) per hour per artist will be charged in 60-minute increments.
All listed prices include a base transportation fee of ¥3,300 (tax included) per artist. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the venue location.
If overnight stay is required, business-class accommodation must be provided.
For long daytime events spanning morning through noon, please provide a light meal for the performers.
Bookings from December 31 to January 3 are subject to a 30% holiday surcharge.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made via bank transfer by one week prior to the event date. If the event is booked within one week of the date, payment is due by 3:00 PM on the next business day following the order.

A tentative schedule hold is available at a rate of ¥16,500 (tax included) per artist. Please note that confirmed bookings will take priority unless a hold fee is paid. The hold fee will only be charged if the booking is canceled. However, if the event date falls within one month while still on hold, the hold will be automatically released and the fee will be charged. If the booking is confirmed, the hold fee will not apply.

After the schedule has been confirmed, cancellations or date changes will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee.

- Transportation, setup, and teardown costs within the Kansai area are included in the listed prices.
- When booked together with an artist, a 20% discount will be applied to the listed equipment price.
- For standalone rentals under ¥20,000, equipment will be delivered. Please cover only the return shipping cost.
- For equipment rented for two or more consecutive days, each additional day will be charged at 50% of the listed daily rate. (Full price applies for the first day only.)
