We regularly receive inquiries such as the examples below.
Please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form for more information or to discuss your own needs.
Our company is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and we are planning to rent a hotel banquet hall in Nara City for the occasion. While it is a festive event, we would like to allocate our budget mainly toward gifts and meals, so we are hoping to minimize entertainment costs. According to your price list, would it be possible to hire one musician (preferably a vocalist) for the lowest listed rate of ¥55,000 plus ¥3,300 in travel fees (total ¥58,300 including tax)? Also, would there be any additional fees we should be aware of?
We are a support group for people with disabilities based in Osaka. For the past few years, we’ve been organizing various experiences for our members. This year, we’d like to host a Christmas party in a hotel banquet hall with high-quality live music. While searching online for a company that offers on-site concerts, we came across your website. Could we please request an estimate for the event? If possible, having a rough price range would help us make a decision. As a small organization, our budget is limited, but we were drawn to your combination of reasonable pricing and professionalism. The concert will likely take place in a small hotel hall.
We are planning a corporate training seminar and are considering an opening attraction during the social gathering afterward. Would it be possible to propose a combination of traditional Japanese musical performance and a live calligraphy demonstration? The idea is to have live music performed while the calligraphy is being created. We’re aiming for a visually impressive performance that will prompt reactions like “Wow!” The scheduled time is 15 minutes, from 5:45 PM to 6:00 PM, at a hotel banquet hall in the city. If possible, we’d like to donate the completed calligraphy work to one of the participating facilities. We’d appreciate an estimate, including any adjustments or recommendations you may have regarding timing or setup.
Our new factory in Nara is scheduled for completion in about three months, and we are planning a celebration for the occasion. We’d like to arrange for live performers to entertain employees and invited guests. Rather than a solo performance, we are considering a group of around five musicians. While we have a basic microphone setup on-site, we are unsure if it is suitable for live music. Could you please advise us on what sound equipment might be necessary? We’re envisioning a band that includes drums, performing stylish music such as jazz.
We would like to host a one-hour mini concert at a city tourist facility.
We are planning a light-up event at an outdoor tourist facility this autumn. On the final day of the event, we would like to hold a one-hour mini concert in the park and are looking for performers. Would an outdoor performance be possible? (It will be canceled in case of rain.) Please note that the waiting area is a temporary tent inside the park.
We are organizing a year-end party for employee appreciation and are currently selecting a venue. We’re envisioning something like renting a live house with band performances, which is how we found your page. We have not yet secured a venue or musicians. Would it be possible for you to provide full planning support based on our budget? We’re expecting about 30 attendees and would like to keep the total cost—including venue rental, catering, and musicians—within ¥300,000. Thank you in advance.
This summer, we will be relocating our branch office to a new building in the city. We would like to host a small in-office party for our employees to celebrate. We’re planning several small attractions, and one idea is to arrange a solo violinist. There is no sound equipment in the venue, so we would appreciate your advice if anything needs to be prepared. Since this is an office building, we cannot allow loud volume. If the sound does not carry well at a low volume, we may need amplification. However, if natural acoustic performance is sufficient, no equipment may be needed. The expected number of attendees is about 50. We look forward to your suggestions.
We are an event organizer hosting a matchmaking party next month, targeting affluent guests. The concept includes luxurious food and atmosphere. The restaurant we use regularly does not have in-house musicians, so we are reaching out to consult with you specifically about the music. To match the high-end setting, we are considering 2–3 musicians performing elegant background music, such as classical pieces, in formal attire. The party is expected to last about two hours. Please provide a quote for this arrangement.
