Artist Biography

After graduating from Seitoku University with a degree in Music, majoring in violin, Sakie Matsushita worked as a violin instructor and teacher at Shimamura Music, Ito Music, and Kawai Music School. She currently teaches at Ginza Yamano Music and Kosaka Music, while also providing private lessons in Osaka Umeda and Esaka.

During her university years, she served as concertmaster for regular university concerts and also gained performance experience as a member of a string quartet at nursing care facilities, community centers, and other venues.

She appeared in the music video for “bliss home” by singer-songwriter BABY VERY GREEN.

At izumicho cafe in Suita, she planned and presented a piano and violin concert in May 2025, followed by a violin and cello concert in November 2025.

She is also scheduled to present a concert featuring piano and narration in September 2026.

Alongside her teaching career, she is active as a professional bridal musician.
