Artist Biography
Primarily specializing in instrumental acoustic guitar performances, he also incorporates vocal and guitar sets as well as captivating loop performances—layering multiple parts live to create a one-man session. By 2017, he had performed on nearly 700 stages.
Representing Japan for two consecutive years at KMC, one of the largest music conferences held in Japan and featuring musicians from over a dozen countries across five continents, he made a strong international impression. In 2013, he became the first Japanese artist to receive the prestigious Hiram Bullock Award at the associated KMC Music Awards.
In addition to multiple other accolades, his talents have extended to live musical performances in theatrical productions, including sharing the stage with Hiroki Matsukata and appearing in the official memorial performance marking three years since the passing of Makoto Fujita.
More recently, he has been personally selected by former stars of the Takarazuka Revue and OSK Nippon Revue Company to accompany their stage shows, steadily expanding his presence in the entertainment scene.
