The design of Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto places great importance on Kyoto’s distinctive Japanese aesthetic. From the bamboo fencing along the entrance pathway to the art objects and even the interior décor of the banquet halls, bamboo motifs are incorporated throughout the property, reflecting a refined and carefully considered design concept.

In this setting, we arranged a band configuration centered on vocals, supported by piano, bass, and drums, and provided the full sound setup.
As expected of a first-class hotel, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional. From the moment we began loading in our equipment, they were courteous and supportive, allowing us to complete the setup smoothly and efficiently.
Regarding the performance, there were specific requests for Western music, so in addition to the requested songs, we curated a program featuring jazz standards and love songs to enhance the atmosphere of the reception. Toward the end of the event, we continued playing BGM while guests took to the floor and enjoyed dancing, creating a lively and memorable finale.

For the dance segment, we structured the setlist around high-energy request songs to build excitement, while placing slower, couple-friendly dance numbers in the middle of the program. This allowed the event to maintain momentum and finish on an upbeat, celebratory note.
