Across three days—September 18, 19, and 20—BanMusic Artist Agency exhibited at Hotel & Restaurant Show & FOODEX JAPAN in Kansai 2024, held at INTEX Osaka. We presented our concept of regular in-store live music performances as a service for hotels and restaurants.
As the only music agency exhibiting at the event, we aimed to introduce the value of incorporating professional musicians to create a welcoming atmosphere and help businesses increase repeat customers. Our team promoted this concept with genuine enthusiasm throughout the show.

By leveraging music as our core strength—from one-off events to regularly scheduled performance programs—we are grateful to celebrate our 14th year in business.
While our music agency primarily engages in B2B services, this year we focused on proposing regular live music programs to venue operators, designed to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate the overall guest experience.
Over the three days of the exhibition, more than 10,000 visitors attended the event.
We were fortunate to receive many supportive comments from attendees who expressed their enthusiasm for live musicians. This reaffirmed our mission as an agency: to create as many performance opportunities as possible for our artists. With renewed commitment, we approached the exhibition with a strong sense of purpose.

To promote the use of regular live music as a tool for customer attraction and brand enhancement, we exchanged business cards with many visitors throughout the exhibition. We viewed this event not only as an opportunity to connect with those who already show clear interest in music, but also as a valuable chance to reach potential clients who may not yet recognize the benefits of incorporating live performance into their venues.
