A New Headquarters Designed by an Italian Architect

We had the pleasure of performing at a new headquarters completion celebration party held for the company’s employees and their families. The building, designed by an Italian architect, provided a refined setting that perfectly complemented the event.

As the new headquarters was designed by an Italian architect, we were requested to perform Italian music. Accordingly, the program featured Italian opera and Italian film music, complemented by selections from classical, pop, jazz, and original repertoire.

The performance was presented in three stages. During the third stage, several pieces that had been performed earlier were requested again, reflecting the guests’ particular fondness for those selections. We believe the audience greatly enjoyed hearing their preferred pieces.

Notably, one piece was requested once more after its performance, resulting in the same work being performed three times during the course of the event. Although this had not been anticipated in advance, it was reassuring to realize that we had prepared music that resonated so strongly with the guests. Toward the end of the event, some attendees even enjoyed social dancing to the live performance, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to perform the violin at such a significant and celebratory occasion marking the completion of the new headquarters. I was particularly touched by the representative’s remark that not only was he pleased with the performance, but that the building itself seemed to rejoice as well. Should another opportunity arise, I would be honored to perform again.
