Preparation & Rehearsal
In order to showcase the bride’s saxophone performance—an instrument she has been playing since her university days—we conducted thorough rehearsals and held detailed advance meetings to ensure everything was perfectly prepared for the occasion.
We made minor arrangements to ensure a smooth ensemble with the saxophone and to make the performance flow more naturally. Detailed coordination for the day was handled via email. As the requests were a Christmas medley and music from La La Land, we arranged and refined the pieces accordingly.
The Aoi-den Hall at The Westin Miyako Hotel is a highly refined venue, surrounded by beautiful autumn foliage and offering a calm, dignified atmosphere. We performed with great care to complement and enhance that elegant setting.

The piano was very well maintained, with a natural, resonant tone that made it extremely comfortable to play. I felt that the instrument has been used in many wonderful performances in settings like this, and that history has contributed to its excellent condition.
