It has been approximately 12 years since BanMusic Artist Agency was established. Over that time, we have handled a wide variety of performance requests and consistently provided our clients with memorable and high-quality musical experiences.
The music industry was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, but as signs of recovery gradually began to appear, we saw this exhibition as an important opportunity. With the goal of expanding our sales channels, we decided to exhibit at the trade show.
While we originally hoped to present live music within our booth, venue regulations did not allow sound to be played openly. As a solution, we utilized a silent disco system, which we normally use for silent festivals, allowing visitors to enjoy the piano performance through wireless headphones.
To create a true disco-style atmosphere, we installed LED floor panels that change color when stepped on, and built the booth around an electric piano and stage lighting, delivering an immersive and visually engaging musical space despite the sound restrictions.


To promote the use of regular live music as a tool for customer attraction and brand building, we exchanged business cards with many visitors at the exhibition.
As a result, several inquiries quickly developed into actual orders. Although exhibiting as a music agency was somewhat unconventional for this trade show, we were pleased to achieve clear and tangible results.
